Shipping policy

the following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply..

We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card if your email address is provided.

Shipping UK

We aim to deliver to any address in the UK within three working days of the order date. All orders are sent on a 4-5 working days service.   If your order is placed by 2Pm on a working day, and dependent on stock levels, it will ship the next day, otherwise it may ship the following working day.

Shipping EU

We ship to customers in EU countries. All orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We strive to make the checkout process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays.

Non-european Overseas Orders

We do not normally ship to non-European countries. Most of our products are sourced from the USA and we're happy to supply you with the purchasing contact in your country. Please email us.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
